Tim Currier Looks Ahead to Some Major Events as 2014 Regular Season Comes to an End at I-88 Speedway and Fulton Speedway

The long grind of the 2014 regular season will come to an end at I-88 Speedway this weekend for Tim Currier and the Currier Racing team. It has been a good season for the Auburn, New York team, winning events at both I-88 Speedway and Fulton Speedway where they raced weekly throughout the season. They posted other strong finishes as well, and will now look ahead to some marquee events as the 2014 season progresses.

Once they finish their final points night at I-88 on Friday night, Currier will travel up to Mohawk International Raceway in Hogansburg, New York to compete with the Big Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series on Saturday night. The team will then have a weekend off as they regroup for another tentative run to I-88 Speedway on Saturday, September 27th. They will participate in the 29th annual Outlaw 200 at Fulton Speedway on October 4th, followed by DIRTcar 358 Modified Series events at Weedsport Speedway and Brewerton Speedway on October 8th and 9th respectively. On October 10th and 11th they will tentatively participate in the Short Track Super Nationals and will close out their 2014 campaign at the World Finals in Charlotte, North Carolina on November 6-8th.

“It has been a good year for the most part, and hopefully we can finish out the year strong”, says Currier. “There is still a lot of racing left before the end of the season and we are looking forward to some of these big races”.
